Exhibitor Opportunities

The 2012 ARA Conference & Expo, Ag Retail Top Guns: Preparing Your Business for the Future, provides innovative ideas and management solutions for the ag retail business, along with the opportunity for attendees to discover new products in the trade show. This year’s conference devotes nearly eight hours to the trade show between the general session and other events.

Did you know the trade show at last year’s ARA Annual Conference featured 87 booths, nearly a 20% increase in exhibit spaces from the prior year? The 2012 Conference & Expo features 97 booths. Book your exhibit space now to avoid waitlists or sell-out!

This year the conference will be held at the Manchester Grand Hyatt in San Diego, California. Exhibitors will receive notification when housing opens prior to the rest of attendees. Housing will open when registration opens and rooms will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis at the discounted ARA rate of $179 per night for a single/double room.

Each exhibitor will receive one complimentary conference registration per booth space. ARA will be using a new registration system this year. More information on how exhibitors may obtain their complimentary registration will be provided later this summer.
