Registration
General Information:
All conference registrations allow you to hear from dynamic speakers during the general session, attend a bonus technology session, and visit over 70 exhibits showcasing a variety of products and services in the trade show. Your registration also covers breakfast and lunch on Nov. 30 and Dec. 1, and two receptions that give you the opportunity to meet with customers and suppliers in the Exhibit Hall.
Dates: Tuesday, November 29th – Thursday, December 1st, 2011
Location: Boca Raton Resort & Club of Boca Raton, Florida
Please Note: Online registration has ended. However, onsite registration as well as a number of special event tickets are available at the ARA Conference Registraton Desk.
Conference Registration Fees:
ARA Members: $500 each
Non-members: $1,000 each
Spouse: $250 each
ARAPAC Special Event Fees:
Annual Dinner & Auction $125 per person
- Tickets for this event are still available to purchase onsite at the ARA Conference Registration desk.
Note: Advance Registration for the ARA Conference has closed. All new registrations will be handled onsite at the Boca Raton Resort.

Registration Cancellations:
All registration cancellations must be submitted to the ARA office, in writing, no later than Friday, Oct. 28. After this date, registrations are transferable to another company employee but not refundable. Cancellations and transfer requests may be communicated via email to Events@aradc.org. Cancellations, transfers and refunds are subject to a $50 administrative charge. Transfer requests must be submitted to the ARA office by Friday, Nov. 18 for processing.
