ARA has a limited amount of space available for side meetings. Eligible sponsors and member companies should request meeting space by Sept. 1. After this date, available space will be allocated first to confirmed Diamond and Platinum sponsors. Preference will be given to events continuing from the prior year. If space remains after this allocation, it will be allocated to Gold, Silver and Bronze sponsors. There is no charge for the meeting space.
The costs of food and beverage, audio/visual expenses and other direct costs of any side meeting are the responsibility of the host company. ARA can assist hosts in making catering and service arrangements with the hotel.
