ARA Participates in the New York State Agribusiness Association Meeting
ARA would like to thank the New York State Agribusiness Association for inviting the association to participate in their meeting last week in Syracuse, N.Y.  ARA Vice President of Marketing & Communications Michelle Hummel participated in the meeting on behalf of ARA and spoke to the group as part of a panel presentation on “What New York Ag Retailers Can Expect from Washington” with Rebeckah Adcock from CropLife America and Jeff Blackwood from The Fertilizer Institute.  Hummel provided the group with an overview on transportation and tax and finance issues, as well as an update on new services and upcoming events planned by ARA.  If your state association or your company would like a representative from ARA to speak at one of your upcoming meetings, please contact the ARA office at (202) 457-0825. We welcome these opportunities to provide updates on policy issues and other topics to your organizations.
