The U.S. Department of Transportation's (DOT) Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) recently updated their frequently asked questions section for the ag exemption changes in MAP-21, which is the surface transportation reauthorization bill enacted into law in the Summer 2012.
