I believe Pres. Obama is trying to force the republicans hand. He is trying to blame the right for not doing the right thing. He says the same thing over and over again. I was not happy with his speech. We do need to do something, but it has to be the right thing. we need to cut taxes for larger corporations, so they can bring large business back to the USA and out of foriegn countrys. they are leaving America because they have taxes of 5% when they have to pay 30-40% here in the US. This would help with jobs tremendously. It does not take a rocket scientist to figure this out!!! ------------------------------------------- Dennis Stahl Eastern Regional Sales Mgr GVM Inc Biglerville PA (717) 677-6197 -------------------------------------------

Last evening, President Obama announced his "American Jobs Act" proposal that he says will "put more people back to work and put more money in the pockets of working Americans." Later, he said, "Now, the American Jobs Act answers the urgent need to create jobs right away." The President concluded the speech by saying, "Regardless of the arguments we've had in the past, regardless of the arguments we will have in the future, this plan is the right thing to do right now. You should pass it." For information on President Obama's proposal, go tohttp://www.whitehouse.gov/the-press-office/2011/09/08/fact-sheet-american-jobs-act. What are your thoughts? Do you agree or disagree? What are your suggestions to jump start the U.S. economy and create new economic growth for American businesses and individuals? ------------------------------------------- Richard Gupton Agricultural Retailers Association Washington DC (202) 457-0825 -------------------------------------------
