This is two versions of the model fertilizer contract confirmation document developed by ARA in 2010. The contract confirmation is meant a serve as a voluntary tool designed to help companies better manage their risks and provide the industry with consistent terms and conditions when dealing with suppliers or customers. The first version is a simple document in pdf format. The second version enables the user to type into the fields and provide electronic signatures.
