Experience Bourbon Street without even stepping outside at this year’s ARA Dinner & Auction. Grab your mardi gras mask and join us! With lively entertainment, open bar, and ample networking opportunities, the ARA Dinner & Auction will be an event you don’t want to miss.

Both the silent and live auctions will be packed with enticing items such as vacation and travel packages, event tickets, electronics, and more.

Casual attire - Mardi Gras theme encouraged. Tickets are required to attend.

Remember, 100 percent of the contributions made this evening go to supporting ARAPAC and must be made using personal funds.

Live Auction Info

Live auction item winners should proceed to the check-in table at the conclusion of the auction to coordinate payment and item pick up or delivery.

Silent Auction Info

Silent auction items are on display and open for bidding throughout the conference during tradeshow hours. These items will also be available for bidding during the ARA Dinner & Auction, with bidding closing at the event. Bidders can stop by the check-in table on their way out to check status and coordinate payment and item pick up or delivery.

Silent auction winners not present will be notified via text or email on Wednesday evening. Please stop by the Registration Desk Thursday morning between 7 and 9:30 a.m. to coordinate payment and item pick up. For silent auction item winners who are not present, the item will be shipped and the winner invoiced.

Method of Payment

All contributions must be made to ARAPAC in the form of a personal check or credit card. Contributions to ARAPAC are not tax deductible and cannot be reimbursed by a corporation. Please note contributions to ARAPAC are voluntary and cannot be favored or disadvantaged.

* Tickets for the ARA Annual Dinner & Auction must be paid separately from conference registration. Payments must be made to ARAPAC with personal funds. Payments made to ARAPAC with corporate funds cannot be legally accepted and reservations will not be guaranteed.


The Agricultural Retailers Association Political Action Committee (ARAPAC) is the political arm of the Agricultural Retailers Association (ARA) and is a powerful tool in representing the Agricultural Retailer Industry on the federal level. Funds from ARAPAC contributions allow ARA staff and members to attend political events and financially support members of Congress running for office that support our industry. A strong PAC is essential to influencing public policy and advocating for the agricultural retailers and distributors who work to produce the nation’s food, feed, fiber, and fuel.
