ARA Signs Letter to Senators Opposing Amendment Harmful to Small Businesses

On July 1, ARA signed a letter to Senators urging them to oppose the Establishing Beneficial Ownership Information Reporting Requirements because it will impose duplicative, reporting burdens on millions of small businesses.
ARA and the 70 other undersigned organizations say "a controversial amendment, such as this one, should not be attached to a must-pass, unrelated bill like the National Defense Authorization Act or an appropriations bill" in the letter.
