$300 offer is applied as a statement credit to your new Merchant Services account. To qualify for the offer, your Merchant Services account must meet the following requirements.
The following requirements must be met:
Establish a new Key Merchant Services Relationship.
A new merchant relationship is defined as a new, unique Tax ID brought to Key Merchant Services for a Merchant account.

Existing merchant relationships that add new locations (whether under same TIN or new TIN) are excluded from the offer.

Additional locations and multiple locations for a merchant relationship are excluded.

Merchant relationships that cancel or close accounts, and then reopen a new MID that would ordinarily qualify for the promotion are ineligible for the offer until at least one (1) year has elapsed since cancellation or account closure.

Merchant Card Processing Requirements:
Merchant account must process at least $5,000 in credit card and/or debit card volume within three (3) full months of processing once onboarded and the account must be open and active upon the payment date of the offer.

Telecheck, Gift Card, EBT, and Clover Check Acceptance volumes do not count towards the $5,000 credit card and/or debit card required volume.
 
Merchant Services account must be in good standing.
Merchant account must be open and at the time of offer payout, and have no ACH rejections, or uncollected chargebacks.

The offer period begins on 1/1/2024 and expires on 12/31/2024 at 11:59 p.m. (ET). The terms of this offer are subject to change or cancellation at any time, for any reason. Merchant Services is subject to credit approval and subject to terms and conditions of service agreement. Clover Go Hardware Only accounts are ineligible for the offer. Payment Facilitator relationships and Integrated Service Vendor relationships are ineligible for the offer.
