About ARA Rising Stars:
The purpose of the ARA Rising Stars program, sponsored by Atticus, is to provide a way for member organizations to reward top performers through unique professional development and networking.

As one of the first programs in the ARA Professional Development Pathway, the Rising Stars program introduces emerging leaders to ARA, shows them you value their contributions to the team, and prepares them to become future leaders at your company.
Important Details
- Rising Stars will be invited to a dinner with ARA Board members Monday evening during the ARA Conference; spouses will be invited.
- The 2025 ARA Conference & Expo will be held Dec. 2-4 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
- Rising Stars will be announced via an ARA news release prior to the Conference; Rising Star companies will be encouraged to send their own announcements at this time.
Fan Favorite Video Contest
This competition starts on October 10. Atticus has created a dedicated page featuring all of the Rising Stars videos, along with a poll where fans can vote for their favorite. To boost your chances of winning the Fan Favorite Video Contest, share the link to your video on your social media channels — and be sure to tag both ARA (Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and Instagram), and Atticus LLC ( Facebook, Instagram, and X ) to help spread the word!
Voting ends on Friday, November 7 at 11:59 PM EST — one (1) vote allowed per email address. The Fan Favorite winner will be announced on Friday, November 14.
