ARA Comments Opposing EPA-Proposed Rodenticide Mitigation

ARA filed comments to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to oppose its proposed rodenticide mitigation measures announced last year.
In comments, ARA claims that some of the proposed restrictions placed on rodenticides in the Proposed Interim Decision(s) would significantly increase costs and make it nearly impossible for some ARA member facilities to sell and distribute rodenticides to professional and agricultural markets. Rodenticides play an important role in protecting property and health, and restrictions would hamper ag retailers and their farmer customers.
