ARA Led Coalition Letter Supporting Farm-Related Restricted CDL Reform

ARA led the effort on a coalition letter sent to the U.S. House of Representatives in support of the Farm-Related Restricted CDL program reform amendment sponsored by Representatives Troy Balderson, R-Ohio, and Angie Craig, D-Minn., to the "INVEST in America Act," which is the House's version of a surface transportation reauthorization act.
The House Rules Committee is currently considering which amendments will be made in order. ARA is hopeful the bipartisan Balderson-Craig Amendment #244 will be approved for House floor consideration by the House Rules Committee later today (June 29, 2021).
