ARA Sent a Letter to EPA on 9th Circuit Court Dicamba Decision

On June 5, ARA President and CEO Daren Coppock sent a letter to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Administrator Andrew Wheeler regarding the 9th Circuit Court decision to vacate the registration of three dicamba products.
ARA's letter urges EPA to appeal this decision because of the overwhelming impact it will have on ag retailers and distributors, especially at the height of application season.
