ARA Signed Coalition Letter to Senate on Revised WOTUS Definition

On May 19, ARA signed the Waters Advocacy Coalition (WAC) letter sent to members on the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works in support of the revised Waters of the United States definition set forth in the recently finalized Navigable Water Protection Rule, as well as the earlier repeal of the 2015 WOTUS Rule.
The letter was submitted for the record ahead of the Environment and Public Works hearing on May 20 on the topic of oversight of the Environmental Protection Agency.
