ARA Signed a Letter to Congress Concerning Changes to the NPDES Permit Process

On June 26, ARA signed a letter to Congress concerning changes to the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit process as Congress considers legislation reauthorizing critical water resources and clean water programs.
ARA is one of 29 organizations voicing support for a robust reauthorization of critical water infrastructure projects and are opposed to unnecessary and burdensome changes to the NPDES permit process included in possible legislative changes.
