ARA Signed a Letter to Congress Opposing Unfairly Targeting Bioengineered Salmon

ARA signed on to a letter sent to Congressional leaders on the U.S. House and Senate Appropriations Committee opposing including language that unfairly targets bioengineered salmon in the FY 2022 Agriculture Appropriations bill.
"Instead, we respectfully ask the committees to include language that requres foods containing bioengineered salmon to bear the term "bioengineered," consistent with the text disclosure pursuant to the Disclosure Act," said the undersigned organizations on the letter.
