ARA Signs Letter to FMCSA on HOS Relief Amid COVID-19 Crisis

ARA signed a letter to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) Acting Administrator Jim Mullen requesting an extension of the hours-of-service (HOS) relief and flexibility on obtaining new restricted ag CDLs amid the COVID-10 crisis.
The letter also requests assistance in keeping truck washouts open and calls for leadership in harmonizing state weight limits for trucks.
