ARA Signs Two CFATS Coalition Letters to Congress on Reauthorization

On Jan. 28 ARA signed two letters from the Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards (CFATS) Coalition sent to Senate and House Committee Chairmen and Ranking Member urging them to reauthorize the program without interruption.
The CFATS program is due to expire April 18, 2020, and the coalition members strongly urge bipartisan efforts to ensure the continuity of the program without interruption because it is essential to the continued security of our nation's high-risk chemical facilities.
