ARA co-signed a coalition letter to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to request a comment period extension for the Risk Management Programs under the Clean Air Act.
Given the complex nature of the policy, economic, and technical issues raised in the notice and interaction with other agency regulations, an extension would assist organizations in providing thoughtful comments.
