ARA Co-Signed Ligado Order Anniversary Letters to Congress, President Biden

ARA and the undersigned organizations sent letters to the Biden administration and legislators on Capitol Hill to mark the third anniversary of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Ligado Order.
As eight petitions for reconsideration remain pending, ARA and the undersigned organizations urge President Joe Biden and Congress to work with FCC to set aside the order.
The Ligado Order's proposed terrestrial network will cause harm to critical GPS, satellite communications, and weather forecasting services. Read more in the letters below.
