ARA co-signed a letter to the Securities and Exchange Committee (SEC) requesting an extension to the comment period for the proposed rule on The Enhancement and Standardization of Climate-Related Disclosures for Investors.
ARA and the undersigned organizations request more time to fully review the SEC's 510-page proposal and understand the myriad ways it may impact ag retailers because the May 20 deadline did not provide enough time.
On May 9, the SEC announced an extension of the comment period through June 17, 2022.
