ARA Co-Signs Comments to EPA, Army on WOTUS Redefinition

ARA co-signed comments to U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Army regarding the redefinition of "Waters of the United States" (WOTUS) under the Clean Water Act.
