ARA Filed Comments to OSHA on Process Safety Management Regulations

ARA filed comments to the U.S. Department of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) request for comments on the Process Safety Management (PSM) regulations.
ARA opposes the addition of ag retailers to PSM because it is intended for large manufacturing facilities where there is a chemical manufacturing process in changing or altering chemicals. Additionally, the mandate would have adverse effects on safety.
