ARA filed comments as a member of the Tax Aggies Coalition urging the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Department of the Army (Army) to offer a 60-day extension to the 30-day comment period seeking input ahead of the redefinition of the Waters of the United States (WOTUS) to give stakeholders more time to submit quality assessments.
