Unlock American Investment Coalition Comments on NEPA Phase 2

ARA co-signed comments with Unlock American Investment Coalition related to the Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) phase 2 proposed rule.
Comments say the proposed rule would be a step in the wrong direction because its provisions contradict the Fiscal Responsibility Act's intent to create a more efficient, predictably, and straightforward federal review process.
ARA and the undersigned organizations urge CEQ to withdraw the proposed rule and modify it in accordance with four points outlined in the comments linked below.
