ARA Sent a Letter to Congress Urging PPP Clarification for Farmers

On Feb. 18, ARA signed a letter to Congress urging them to clarify to the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) that Section 313 of The Economic Aid Act should allow farm and ranch operations structured as partnerships and limited liability corporations (LLCs) to be eligible for vital economic assistance through the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP).
