On May 3, ARA signed a letter to leaders in Congress urging them to expand "Good Samaritan" provisions amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
In the letter, ARA and the organizations say good actors should not be held liable for events beyond their control as regulatory and legislative guidance changes daily and creates legitimate confusion.
