ARA Signed Coalition Comments to EPA on Draft NPDES

ARA signed comments sent to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Office of Wastewater Management as part of the Pesticide Policy Coalition (PPC) to address the draft 2021 National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Pesticide General Permit (PGP).
The comments state that "the Coalition agrees with many Congressional lawmakers; pest-control officials in federal, state, county, and municipal governments; and commercial and private interests that PGPs are duplicative, unwarranted burdens that do nothing to further environmental protection."
