ARA Signed Comments on EPA Proposed Rule on Pesticide Exemptions of PIP

On Dec. 8, 28 groups, including ARA, submitted comments in response to EPA's proposed rule, “Pesticides; Exemptions of Certain Plant-Incorporated Protectants (PIP) Derived from Newer Technologies.”
The rule aims to streamline the regulation of certain plant-incorporated protectants (PIPs) that pose no risks of concern to humans or the environment.
