ARA Joined Rail Customer Coalition Comments to STB on Reciprocal Switching

ARA joined the Rail Customer Coalition in sending comments to the Surface Transportation Board (STB) regarding the proposed rule on reciprocal switching. 

The letter supports reciprocal switching because it would empower rail customers, including agricultural stakeholders, to choose a carrier that provides the best combination of rates and service and allows greater access to competitive rail service.
