ARA co-signed coalition letter as part of the Agricultural Transportation Working Group in support of the draft Freight Rail Shipping Fair Market Act (FRSFMA).
The bill reauthorizes the Surface Transportation Board (STB) and includes provisions that provide shippers with greater rights, placing them on more equal footing with the railroads on issues such as demurrage charges.
