ARA IS PROUD TO ANNOUNCE THE FORMATION OF THE CCA CONSERVATIONIST OF THE YEAR AWARD

The newly-formed Certified Crop Adviser (CCA) Conservationist of the Year Award will annually recognize a certified crop adviser who delivers exceptional conservation results, offers outstanding customer service, and contributes to the knowledge transfer of conservation ideas within the agricultural industry.

Nominations may be for independent CCAs or for a company employee and must be initiated by Aug. 8. The American Society of Agronomy will administer the award to the winning CCA who will receive:

  • Special recognition at an event held at U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) in Washington, D.C.
  • A one-year membership or membership renewal in the American Society of Agronomy.
  • A commemorative plaque for display. A $2,000 stipend.

ARA is proud to support this award along with the USDA-Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), American Society of Agronomy, CropLife America, Crop Science Society of America, National Association of Conservation Districts, National Association of State Departments of Agriculture, Soil Science Society of America, Syngenta, and The Fertilizer Institute.
