ARA and the undersigned organizations representing the DRIVE Safe Coalition sent comments to the U.S. Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) to express strong support for the apprenticeship pilot program included in the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act and the agency's efforts to implement it in a timely manner. However, the coalition expressed concerns with requirements that will create unnecessary administrative burdens and inhibit participation in the program.
